1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the p7pp website, mobile version, and all services provided under it.
• "Account" refers to a registered player's personal gaming account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, cashback, or reward offered by p7pp.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount of bets that must be placed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Restricted Territory" refers to any country or region from which the use of p7pp services is not legally permitted.

In these Terms, singular words include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for reading convenience only and do not affect the legal interpretation of the Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

To use the p7pp platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Only those aged 21 or over may open an account and play on this platform.
• You are using this platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You do not reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is completely prohibited.
• You are not using the platform for fraudulent or dishonest purposes.

p7pp may request identity documents or other verification at any time for age verification. An account may be temporarily suspended until age or identity verification is complete. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, p7pp reserves the right to close all of them and forfeit all deposited funds and bonuses.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. p7pp reserves the right to close any account due to rule violations, suspicious activity, or responsible gaming reasons.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Accepted payment methods for deposits on p7pp are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. Deposit transactions are generally reflected in the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

Chargebacks, reversals, or any fraudulent financial activity are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, p7pp reserves the right to close the account and hold the associated funds.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳18,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit. For example, receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means a total of ৳12,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies once per account.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time after a bonus is awarded, the bonus may be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse or bonus hunting is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• p7pp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 VIP Program

p7pp's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Tiers are advanced through active gaming. p7pp reserves the right to modify VIP benefits, cashback rates, and tier definitions. VIP status and benefits may be revoked in the event of an account violation.

7 Gaming Conduct and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p7pp platform:

• Playing games or placing bets using any software, bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs. If you notice any error, it is your responsibility to inform us immediately.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial purpose.
• Any form of fraud, false identity, or provision of false information.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person.

If any of the above violations are detected, the account will be immediately closed, all deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Limitation of Liability

p7pp makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, p7pp is not liable for:

• Any loss caused by technical errors, network disruptions, or third-party service outages.
• Account damage resulting from a player's own negligence or use of an insecure device.
• Inability to provide certain services due to legal restrictions.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

Under no circumstances will p7pp's total liability exceed the balance held in the relevant player's account.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the p7pp platform — logos, designs, software, graphics, text, and brand materials — is the intellectual property of p7pp or its respective licensors. Any use, copying, distribution, or modification of these without written permission is strictly prohibited.

The intellectual property of game software and content belongs to the respective game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, etc.).

10 Privacy and Data Protection

14 General Provisions

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between p7pp and the user and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.

If p7pp delays or waives the exercise of any right under these Terms, this does not mean that right will not be exercised in the future. In the event of any dispute relating to these Terms, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion.
